we think a lot

this is how it works.
photos and words from a human bean who likes:
twirling, cats, stripes, raspberries, dresses with pockets,
boats, puzzles, babies, summertime, and carbs.
i know i know i know that i’ve talked about running a lot and have posted a couple different training programs before, but i like this one.  of all the different running programs i’ve tried, i’ve found it easiest to complete - but it’s not one of the ones that’s very easy to find.
the slow progression is what does it for me, and not requiring a ton of walking (i walk all the time, i don’t want to do that).  it feels nicer to me to start from a low number and just add on slowly than to alternate twenty times and then smush them all together.  the program i’ve been stuck on now since what - september? - has this huge jump from nine minutes total of running to sixteen minutes of running, which my body just does. not. like.  it likes building slowly slowly, and i thought i’d post this, just in case your body does too.
