we think a lot

this is how it works.
photos and words from a human bean who likes:
twirling, cats, stripes, raspberries, dresses with pockets,
boats, puzzles, babies, summertime, and carbs.
i routinely go through phases where i decide i want to be A Runner.  with various motivations (health!  safety!  looking like those girls!  bridge to terabithia!), these efforts tend to last between one miserable jog and enough weeks to struggle through a 5k.
but this time I really totally mean it!  i’m not gonna pretend that i’ll be running marathons, i just want to get to the point where i’m comfortable running a couple miles two or three times a week.  and i’ve found that i’m best motivated to maintain a fitness schedule a) when it’s fun or b) when i’m being held accountable.  which is why i’m throwing this up on the internet.  three months from now, i’ll either be feeling guilty that i’m still not a runner, or i’ll (apparently) be leaping for joy.
it’s gonna be the latter.
